Today was a restful day. The cottage we are staying in is very old, so the walls are super thick. An absolute godsend on a baking hot day like it's been here in Betws-y-Coed today. All day we have been in and out. Long periods of sitting inside reading or chatting. Short periods out in the sun. I had a couple of hours sitting in shade outside drawing. I didn't have a particularly good time drawing. Nothing quite went as I wanted. But some days are like this.
