It's been a full on back to work after holiday, meetings, emails, thinking, coming ready or not, kind of day.

I revisited the horse and foal moment from my holiday in Wales. It's fascinating to look at horses mid movement. I usually study them when they are standing. So it was fab to spend time thinking about how their legs and bodies look when they are in flight. They are so beautiful. Also lovely to look at how foals proportions differ from a horse. How they seem far more leggy and gangling.
