Still at A&E
Sketch a day 231/365
This drawing of a&E at BRI was done sometimes near 12pm yesterday.
This one in Ambulatory unit (part of a&E but with a fancy name and even more uncomfortable seats) was done a few mins ago. Everyone I am drawing are sleep deprived and not really moving, which is a good job because I am sleep deprived and not finding drawing easy. But it helps to focus on something and not sit here stressing. I have been here for 14.5 hours so far. It is a long time now.
It is also a reminder of what brilliant people work for the NHS and also the limits of what they can achieve in a system that is crumbling.
It is also a reminder that despite these very real problems, we are so lucky to have a hospital that is not bombed to hell.
so yeah, write to your MP about saving the NHS and most urgently free Palestine π΅πΈπ
