Very tired. Been doing emergency rewrites today. Jane agreed to be drawn once again. She says she may start charging for being my muse. I said she can if she wants but I would have to ask her to borrow the money so I could pay her.

In other news, it's frightening to have seen pictures of the far right out in such numbers in London today. We are living in crazy times. I don't feel like I have anything useful to add other than I keep thinking about how judo works. And that people are never so weak as when in the thrawl of hubris. Which is my way of saying there is always hope. But blimey.
