Today was a day of admin. It was a day of dealing with Tucker’s bleeding toenail (blimey it was a alot of blood to clear up. I was beginning to feel very Lady MacB about it all. Out damn spot) and then it was a dash into Leeds to go to Leeds Playhouse to hear the new artist team talk about plans and ideas emerging. Its easy to be cynical about these things. I wasn't expecting much to be honest. I was going out of curiosity and a little out of that feeling that ‘one should’. 'But it defied my expectations and was a really interesting and frank conversation. No.easy solution. No promises of cake for all. But there was a real sense of people talking for real and being heard. And when people do that exciting things can happen. I came away feeling energised. I also got a chance to draw lots of people listening. And it's lovely when that happens because people sit still. That's the news. Free Palestine 🇵🇸
