Josh - Musical Writing Residency

Today Josh traveled up from London and I travelled down to Grantham and we met kind of in the middle for a week long musical writing residency here, in a village called Stathern.

It's ludicrously exciting and beautiful here. And I keep thinking wow what are we doing here. How?! And then thinking, I am not sure but also YES.

We had a lovely welcoming dinner this evening and we just got back to our cottage. And it's LATE. And Josh now has to write emails and I have been trying to get my drawing done (of josh doing emails, obviously) and already it's go and go a go. Even though it's bed time. Holy heckers.

And it's moments like this that makes me feel very lucky to get to live the life I lead. Even though it's not always easy.
