We had our first team meeting for the Otherhood play at Assembly in Bradford today. Date crunching and thinking and planning. It was exciting to feel the heart of the show thump in earnest.

And of course it was suddenly pretty full on too.

Because suddenly I have deadlines for a play that needs writing and it's not theoretical any more.

It's real and it's happening. And all the dates feel very near.

So now I am fear/excitement surfing. This is my way.
